I decided to write this book in response to the asinine supplement recommendations from medical professionals, industry influencers and supplement companies. From my independent research I have developed the logical supplement philosophy and debunked synthetic supplements like Iron, D3, synthetic B vitamins, zinc and more.
The misinformation and misunderstanding surrounding supplements runs rampant and damages the consumer's (your) health. My goal is to provide the unbiased truth about which supplements help and which supplements do the opposite.
